UMMS is seeking a Director of Human Resources for the Eastern Shore
location in Easton, Maryland

Provides leadership and direction for the daily management and execution of all core HR Shared Services to include: the Employee Services Call Center (ESC), and the administrative processing centers for the Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Management functions, and oversees the UMMS Corporate Recruitment services. Monitors the daily Shared Services production and provides weekly reporting on Service Level Agreement compliance with facility customers.


What You Need to Be Successful:

1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or other related field required; strong preference for a Masters Degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or other business related field.

2. Ten (10) years of Human Resource experience required; minimum of five (5) years experience at a management level or above required.

3. Experience managing in a HR Shared Service environment preferred; health care industry experience preferred.
